Engineer, Coach & THOUGHT PARTNER for leaders
I’ve spent my life at the intersection of precision and humanity — where sharp thinking meets deep presence.
From the outside, my career looked precise, ambitious, and firmly on track. I trained as an Engineering Physicist, studied across Sweden, Germany, and the United States, and stepped early into demanding technical and leadership roles
Then, in my late twenties, it broke.
A burnout didn’t just slow me down; it dismantled the career I had carefully built and forced a far more difficult question than “What’s next?” — What is all this for? Rebuilding required honesty, humility, and the willingness to let go of an identity that no longer fit. It remains one of the most valuable experiences of my life.
What followed was not reinvention for its own sake, but a widening of perspective: senior business leadership roles such as CFO and General Manager, years inside advanced engineering environments, a season as divemaster in Thailand, a ski winter in Chamonix and working as a leader in India.
Coaching was not a sudden pivot. It was the natural expression of how I had long shown up. Influenced early by Tony Robbins and later deepened through Rich Litvin’s work, I built Lunnemyr to integrate analytical rigor with deeply human leadership.
Today, I work with founders and high-performing leaders at consequential moments — growth, pressure, transition, success — helping them see clearly, decide bravely, and lead without losing themselves along the way.
I bring warmth, precision, and grounded honesty to this work.
